What data we process
When you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself: name, email, phone number (if given) and the content of your message — for example the type of event, date and venue.
If you accept analytics/advertising cookies in the cookie banner, the site additionally measures traffic and conversions via Google Ads and Meta Pixel — see our Cookie Policy for details. Until you consent, these tools store no cookies and send no data.

Who we share data with
The contact form is processed directly by our own server, which emails the submitted message to us — no external third party is involved. We do not share your form data with any other third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
The site's font (Poppins) is served directly from our own server, not from Google's — so during normal browsing your data does not reach third parties except when you submit the contact form.
If you accept analytics/advertising cookies, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) also learn about your visit and form submission — this is used to measure ad performance and evaluate campaigns. Without your consent, these companies receive no data.
